Hotraco Group will be closed for the Christmas holidays from Monday, December 23, 2024 until and including the 1st of January 2025. No goods will be shipped until Monday, January 6, 2025.

Important notes during Christmas holidays:

• Our logistics department is closed and no goods will be shipped from Thursday, December 19, 2024 until and including Friday, January 3, 2025.

Note: Wednesday, December 18 is the last shipping day of 2024.

• Our production department is closed from December 23 until and including Friday, January 3, 2025.

• Our service department is closed from December 23 until and including January 1, 2025, In the event of breakdowns, they will be offering emergency service in this period.

• Our sales department is closed from December 23 until and including January 1, 2025.
